When does Archive 02 go on sale?
February 15. Everything in Archive 02 is listed now with final prices, photography and measurements so you can work out your size in advance. Nothing in it can be added to a bag until then. Drop 001 is for sale today.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship worldwide, and most of it ships free — see the next question.
Orders outside the United States may attract import duty, tax or a carrier handling fee charged by your own country. That is not included in what you pay us and it is yours to settle. We cannot estimate it in advance.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing, for most of the world. Shipping is free wherever the carrier rate is $8 or under — that covers the United States, Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia and Japan.
A handful of destinations cost more to reach. For those, the real carrier rate shows at checkout before you pay. Nothing is marked up.
How long does an order take?
Every piece is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Delivery is 5–15 business days within the US and 10–25 everywhere else. Tracking is emailed the moment it ships. Full detail in the shipping policy.
What size should I order?
Size up. Our garments run small, and that is not a figure of speech. Every product page carries its own measurement table in inches, and the size guide has the full conversion chart. Chest figures are the full way around — measure a garment you already own and compare.
It does not fit. What now?
Size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, tags attached. You cover return shipping, we cover sending the replacement. One exchange per item. Email contact@ihateyouinc.co with your order number. Full detail on the returns page.
It arrived damaged, faulty, or never arrived.
Always covered, anywhere in the world. Photograph it within 14 days of delivery and email us with your order number. We replace it or refund it in full. You pay nothing. No argument.
Can I return it because I changed my mind?
Not for a cash refund — yours is cut after you order it, so there is nothing to put back on a shelf. Within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags, we will issue store credit for the full price you paid. Return shipping is yours. Cancellations are free within 2 hours of ordering, before the cutting starts.
If you live somewhere with statutory consumer rights beyond this — the UK and EU 14-day right of withdrawal, Australian consumer guarantees — those rights stand and nothing here limits them. Email us and we will honour them.
Will Drop 001 be restocked?
No. Once a drop closes it is archived. That is the point.
How do I get told about the next drop?
The email list gets Archive 02 forty-eight hours before it goes public. Sign up in the footer. We do not send anything else.
