SHIPPING POLICY

Every piece is made to order.

DELIVERY — United States: 5–15 business days. Everywhere else: 10–25 business days.

SHIPPING COST — Free worldwide wherever the carrier rate is $8 or under. That
covers the United States, Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Australia and Japan.
A handful of destinations cost more to reach — for those the real carrier rate
shows at checkout before you pay. Nothing is marked up.

WHERE WE SHIP — Worldwide.

DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES — Orders outside the United States may attract import duty, tax or a carrier handling fee charged by your own country. These are not included in what you pay us and they are yours to settle. We cannot estimate them in advance, and we cannot refund an order that is refused or abandoned at customs.

Tracking is emailed the moment it leaves. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier or customs delays.
