FORM 25-E — RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Every piece is cut individually after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. That changes what we can take back, so read this before you buy rather than after.
Wrong, damaged, faulty, or never arrived
Always covered, anywhere in the world. Photograph it within 14 days of delivery and email contact@ihateyouinc.co with your order number. We replace it or refund it in full, and we cover the return shipping.
Wrong size
We exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags. You cover return shipping, we cover sending the replacement. One exchange per item.
Everything runs small. Read the size guide before you order — every product page also carries its own chest and length measurements.
Changed your mind
Made-to-order pieces are not refundable for change of mind, because yours was cut for you and there is no shelf to put it back on. Within 14 days of delivery, unworn and tagged, we issue store credit for the full price you paid. Return shipping is yours.
Cancellations
Free within 2 hours of ordering, before cutting starts. After that the piece exists and it is yours.
Where the law says otherwise
If you have statutory consumer rights beyond this policy — the UK and EU 14-day right of withdrawal, Australian consumer guarantees — those rights stand and nothing here limits them. Email us and we will honour them.
How to start one
- Email contact@ihateyouinc.co with your order number and what is wrong.
- We reply within 5 business days with an address and instructions.
- Send it back with a tracking number. Keep the receipt.
- Refunds land on the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving it. Exchanges are cut and dispatched on the same schedule as a new order — 5–15 days to you.
Do not send anything back before emailing us. Unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order.
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
